Common questions before you commit.
What is a "seat"?
A seat is an active learner license. Each enrolled staff member consumes one seat. Seats can be reassigned if a learner completes or leaves — unused seats are returned to your pool.
Can we add more seats mid-contract?
Yes. You can purchase additional seats at any time. The added seats are prorated to the remainder of your billing cycle. You will also receive an upgrade prompt when you reach 90% seat utilization.
What happens if we exceed our seat count?
There is a 14-day grace period during which all learners retain access. After 14 days, excess seats are locked until you upgrade or reduce active learners.
When is the IRS (Institutional Readiness Score) available?
IRS is available from IT-2 upward. IT-2 gets a quarterly read-only snapshot. IT-3 gets monthly interactive reports with PDF export. IT-4 gets real-time IRS with peer benchmarking.
